Where Amerindia
Amerindia is found in the collective body of her people and in their humanitarian, tolerant, honest, and egalitarian principles. However, we wanted to have a land to call the home of Amerindia, so we searched for that place.
We thought it fitting to look toward the sea, to choose a coastal place located between low and high tides. Our island nation is an emblem of peace, since we anticipate that no wars will be fought - or even necessary - to defend it.
By declaring such a landscape our home, it signifies our respect for both land and ocean. It also represents a bridge to connect all the territories of Amerindian peoples, so many of whom inhabit coastal areas.
We hope that these footsteps leave their imprint in time, that they become fossilized and are an enduring reminder to future generations about our efforts to establish a benevolent and enlightened civilization.
